One final point is why do our full backs not try to get beyond are wingers ( I use the term loosely). Finnan and Warnock are both able to put a decent ball in.

that's the big one for me.  I would love to see this as part of our game.

Im sick of people on here saying give them time! Ive been hearing that since the houllier days!!We need a striker thats gonna score -not in 2 months time,not even one months time NOW!! All this waiting to adapt stuffs getting tiresome-if youre so good -like many on here say Morientes and Cisse are then get on with it! Its been more than 2 games ,and in our biggest game of the last 20 odds years -we had nothing to threaten them with.It was left to our midfield. None of them are fit to tie Owens laces.

We buy Owen and lets say he doesn't score in the three games he plays in. Should we sell him and buy another striker or give him time?
