We still need a freaking winger.

kuyt and jovanovic aint good enough to finish top 4, you can get away with one of them two, but not both

we just offer nothing down the wings apart from hard work

but we need a striker too, so i dunno.

too much work for roy to do in little time

Was thinking the exact same thing. Our wingers have nothing about them except for work rate.

We need a PROPER winger not just a guy that runs all over the place.

Im talking about someone with speed that can stick to the byline, beat his man and put in a cross.

That is our main weakness at the moment IMO. Forget centre mid.

Neither of them are wingers - none of them have ever been wingers - they are both wide forwards and always will be .

Expect Joe Cole to play left side too some of the time dependant on oppo, however he will always cut in, giving us the same problem of lack of width, everything is going to the centre of the park at the minute, it can only get better.

I would like to see Babel on the right wing instead of Kuyt to be honest. He might not be as tidy but at least he has a bit of pace and conviction about him.

i have been saying this for ages....we need pacy wingers. We can only go so far by playing workhorses on the wings. To move to the next level we need better wingers.

at least you need 1.

like chelsea have malouda
united have nani and valencia
arsenal dont really play wide men but they have better options than us

man city have milner, david silva, wright phillips, adam johnson

spurs have gareth bale and lennon

we probaly have wide men on a par with birmingham or something.
