I said this a couple a days a go on another thread, i wouldnt swop are selection of strikers in the world for any other teams, most teams have one class striker and a couple of decent ones e.g man u have van horseface, then saha and forlan (haha), where as we have 3 top class strikers and an excellent prospect in pongolle, i think theres great things to come from cisse baros and owen and cant wait to see them all in action.
Chopper:Look, you're not still angry at me about the leg, are you?
Neville Bartos : Nah, forget about it.
Chopper : Because I don't know if you remember, Neville, but I had that bloody shotgun pointed at your head. I reconsidered and dropped it down to your kneecap. Remember?

Owen is not quite the striker he was having lost that vital half a yard, Baros has yet to prove he can play well from the start in an LFC shirt and Mellor will sadly never be good enough. Pongole looks promising and I am looking forward to watching Cisse. Hopefully Baros will improve his consistency and if Owen steers clear of injuries we should have a strike force to be feared.
