This illustrates perfectly a point made a few times about placing the entire hopes of a club on the shoulders of one signing. If Cisse or any other big name player comes to Anfield he's not going to be the saviour of the club, neither is MON or any other potential new manager going to suddenly win the prem & CL for us.
