WATFORD VS LIVERPOOL - Where do we go from here?

I would play Kuyt and Bellamy up front. When we pick Crouch it just encourages the long balls, and that is just :censored:.

have ppl realised agger's misplace pass has been on the rise?it is getting frustrating that he is hitting alot of the pass way too hard.it is true he got a great left foot but it recently, he has not been as good as people suggested.why would he play in stead of hyypia. hyypia was spendid the last league game. i dun feel that we will be troubled in defence, watord isn't a strong scoring team at all.
i think watord game plan will be similar to bolton, playing hyypia will be a better choice. i expect rafa to make a surprised selection as he always will. Maybe starting fowler and kuyt. fowler and bellamy is one of the worst pairing we will have.
kuyt has been good at home but away, he is just not as quick. away from home, opponents are closing him down quickly when he gets the ball. perhaps he is someone who will thrive only when there is crowd shouting his name.
any way, does anyone knows whether this game is broadcasted on the net?

This is a must win game no less than all 3 points should be excepted. We are currently 3rd in the table and if we want to keep that place and put pressure on chelsea then we must win.

Chelsea are home to wigan but there still could be an upset there.

Arsenal are away to blackburn and i think that could turn out in a draw

And Bolton are home to Man city which wont be easy but i think will pick up all 3 points.

ill go with 2-0 to liverpool Gerrard getting both

We desperately need a win today to restore a bit of respectability and curtail the doom and gloom spreading around the site. 3 points to day will do nicely, I don't care if its 1-0 or 5-0 as long as we win. I expect Crouch and Bellamy up front with Riise left midfield, and REINA in goal  :D

Jerzy may well of played his last game for Liverpool I think, but upfront I'd go with Crouch and bellamy. I'd leave Kuyt out of this one and give the other two ago. One because a rest may be on the cards and two because for all his hard work he doesnt offer enough of a goal threat for me. This is the kind of game Crouch would do well in, holding up the ball and looking to play Bellamy in behind the Watford defence. His pace will come in use especially on the counter.

My prefered team

                          Reina

         Finnan  Carragher Hyypia  Aurelio

         Pennant  Gerrard  Alonso   Riise

                      Crouch  Bellamy

kuyt has to start, we dont  want someone to hold up play, we wanna go for the jugular for the get go.

Going for the jugular doesnt always work in these kind of games. And Kuyt isnt always effective IMO.

well we'll disagree. i just dont see crouch as having the impact he had last season. hes great to bring on but not to start (just my opinion) and i think kuyt has been very effective for us and in this type of game hed be ideal, but we'll wait and see eh BM? :)

As the ball will probably spend more time in the air than on the ground today, I think Crouch may be the better option. I think Kuyt may need a rest anyway.
