Himself and Riise seemed to work well together agianst Leverkusen, so why not again?

Traore gives every1 the jitters, how he scored that og against Burnley i will never know?

He deserves a run, and not just on his display on wednesday n8,traore is too up and down for my liking while with this kid he gives 100% all of the time, he wont kick into his own net with a leg over making it look like a flashy og which is even worse.

He is better than Troare there beacuse he can cross with his left foot, he seems to be the players out of the reseves who looks like he could cut it at this level i thought Raven was good Potter just seems really poor to me but Welsh i thiink givin his chance could be good i would nt be to surprised if we used him as another centre mid i think he is better than diao and clase to biscan

Between Traore and Warnock, I do not really know who to choose for the left back spot. It really depends. Both are capable of world class tackles and both are also relatively inexperienced. As you guys suggested, Warnock does have a sweet left foot and can cross better than Traore, though i think Traore has improved his crossing and link up play a fair bit. I wouldnt include Riise to the left back contention as he is currently doing well up in left mid. However, Riise's weak point are crosses are he must seriously improve.

I'd love to see Warnock become a squad player....it's about time we got home grown players coming through the ranks again...

I'm glad someone posted this thread.

Warnock deserves his chance with the club. He's fast, he's got talent and shows committment.

He is my first choice for left back. Traore is slow and cant cross. He looks lost when we're the ones with the ball.

I think Warnock is more of a complete player than Troare. Warnock can cross, pass with more accuracy and awareness is also better. Traore did made some spectacular tackle but remember most of the time, he did it because he was recovering from his mistake by letting the opponent skip past him. He got long legs, no doubt but he wouldn't have to do a last ditch tackle if he was able to contain the opponent players in the first place.

Warnock won us the game in Germany. He completely wiped put Bierofka from the game, and Bierofka is no schoolboy. His attitude and determination was top class. Some of his tackles was absolutely wonderful to watch. He is decent on the ball, and he can cross the ball with power and precision. I can't see no major weakness in his game, except the fact that he are unexperienced and probably a bit inconsistent. He also have a bit of pace, so he must be ready to save Hyypia's azz and cover his back.
If football is banned in heaven. I'd rather go to hell.
