Peewee my man, this time I have to disagree with you.

Fowler is naturally an excellent goal scorer but Owen has developed his overall game that some 2 years ago, he is better than Fowler ever was, IMHO. Fowler could have been trully great but he stagnated and subsesuently regressed probably because of the combination of not working hard enough on improving himself and injuries.

Torben looked a class act at euro '92 for the danes

Never quite rediscovered that form for us, although i remember a peach of an OG he scored!!

I have fond memories of Babb too, especially when he collided with the post trying to stop a casiraghi goal for chelsea, brought a tear to my eye

Some not so good ones who played their fair share but were very poor in their time with LFC

                       FRIEDEL

KOZMA-------KVARME-------SCALES-------XAVIER

NUNEZ------DIAO--------FERRI---------CHEYROU

                 DUNDEE-------MEIJER

Players like Torben Pienchnik, Mauricio Pellegrino, El Hadji Diouf, Michael Thomas, Harry Kewell, Jimmy Carter, Julian Dicks

Some of these i.e Friedel and Xavier have gone on to clubs where they have proved to be more than valuable assets, how did that happen?

I thought scales was a decent enough centre half, he was unlucky with injuries though.  He definitely doesn't deserve to be in an all time worst 11 anyway.  He played in a back 3 with ruddock and babb FFS, he was easily the best of the 3.

Don't think its wise to write off nunez yet either.  granted he doesn't look great, but you never know

And who is kozma???

Istvan Kozma, Hungarian full back who played for the club in the early nineties. Granted that Scales had more talent than both Razor and Babb put together but i felt that his contribution to the club was bitterly disappointing (given the fact that he came to the club on the fringes of the national squad) one assist vs Deby for a Robbie goal his only noteworthy contribution to the team.

Nunez............ you can quite clearly tell that after 15 games all this guy does is give us balance. FFS i'll sit on the touchline and do that, he's not explosive (OK noeither is Beckham) he's a poor passer, his energy levels are lax and his crossing is woefully inconsistent. I'm all for giving people a chance, but IMO it is evident that this guy simply is not good enough
