Just want to disagree entirely with what you've just said

I think he's looked great at LB this season. He loves to get forward and links up well with the left midfield man. I'd be worried he'd 'go missing' in the centre.

I think he's got the potential to be more than average as well, although time will decide that as any great defender needs consistency. But he's got skill, and some of his defensive tackles have been immense. He almost completely shut out Duffer and Robben against Chelsea, something no-one else has achieved this season. I hope he's offered a new contract and we get the chance to see how far he can go.

Did you see him play in the first half at home against Olympiakos? The bad old habits of slipping, falling over, giving the ball away in dangerous situations and some incredible (and cringe worthy) clearances which looped up over his head re-emerged.

Yes, Troare has improved incredibly, but its all relative: its like Cletus from the Simpsons suddenly being able to read comic books. Masssive improvement over what went before, but that wouldn't be hard.
