i reckon personally we will have the funds, but as we have noticed most of rafa's buys come from la liga, because he is a well respected manager over there, and usually gets some bargains from la liga a perfect example is xabi alonso he bought him for like 10.5mil if and i mean IF they sold him now they wud be looking at a good 15 to 20 mil back and that in my eyes is without question, as for torres, tevez and etoo i think etoo will stay where he is to play upfront with henry that barca are apparently gonna get, tevez can off to manure for all i care and torres well united want him but they know with there dwindling funds on the back of the wat 55mil that they already spent they should be looking in tevez's direction not torres, athletico want 20 mil for him so say rafa is interested i think torres would be a good option, also liverpool have said that they want 2 15 - 20mil players, so lets say he gets malouda for 18mil torres would be the viable 20mil player then we r sorted!!!
