Guess its fair to say rumours is all we have had! Either spread by the daily rags, or ourselves!
Will be pleased when i see some confirmed signings!

No news, but I am just a wee bit concerned that we are running out of time to sign quality players (if there were to be any).

Benithez did say that the squad has quality. I hope he is not just saying that to lift the poor players - Biscuit et all. Anyhow, I am more optimistic that he'll be able to bring about positive changes to Liverpool.

Rest assured we will be working behind the scenes for that new centre half and right winger. But it is just as important to offload the excess baggage that we have to ensure we have a secure financial footing.

I just hope we get a good centre half who is also quick and hopefully this person is still available, being this late in the close season.

The silence is deafening...remember what Gerrard said before he left for Euro 2004? Yes we need to sign a few more class players.
I don't think Banitez will come if he hasn't been promised transfer funds. I don't think Gerrard can be convinced to stay if we are standing still with the squad. Mind you, the squad GH assembled is not good enough to win the league, with or without Senor Banitez. If we can't even afford to sign more than one class player in this very important off season, then we ARE really behind the top 3 and that's the fault of Moores and Perry.
I am still hopeful...and waiting...

I said on this Forum a while ago that Benitez isn't a media monkey but I'm starting to get worried. We play Wrexham next wednesday and then off to the states and play Celtic on the following Tuesday. Surely if the signings are to come in. he'll want to take them on a pre season tour.

The only thing I can think is that any deals ( if any ) have been done behind closed doors and he'll have one press conference to name his back room staff and then parade Cisse and any others signings all at once. Fingers crossed lads.

To be honest I'd prefer to hear nothing and then just be told.. oh by the way we've signed Zidane on a free transfer. I'd be absolutley amazed if there is not some kind of activity in the transfer market from Liverpool and there will be more new signings before the window closes

Yer im gettin abit worried to, what about biscuit? im sure maybe raffa can bring the best out in diuoff but biscuit noway if he becomes part of our new squad dont think any of us will be pleased

But then again noone wants him maybe chelsea could use his hair shavers to cut there grass cause the guy always looks like hes just woke up i pmsl everytime i see him
