He wouldnt be winning the title if he was coaching Spurs, Bolton or Middlesborough. And Bolton would beat Porto 9 times out of 10.

Russian money does not make the manager great. It just buys titles.

Rafa proved he is a winner by winning the Spanish league twice, and he wasnt coaching RM or Barcelona either. Mourinho coached the only professional team in a bush league. He wasnt good enough to coach outside of Portugal until he fluked the CL last year. If the Manc keeper hadnt choked, we still wouldnt have heard of this Mourinho ****** clown.

Mourinho won the Champions League with Porto last year after winning the UEFA Cup the previous season, he is a class manager.  Arrogant, bad-winner, sore loser, a complete and utter w.anker yes.  But also a class manager.

Class manager my a.ss. UEFA cup is a nothing competition. Even Celtic & Sporting Lisbon make the final for that one.

Playing Huth as a centre fwd is the single most desperate act I've seen from a manager in the modern day.

Dont give him credit. He's as good a manager as any of the 3 that Real Madrid sacked this year. Put him in any other team in the English competition and he'll be fighting relegation battles.

Dont discount the likes of Celtic and Sporting.  Sporting dumped out both Newcastle and Middlesborough, Middlesborough being a team that won the Carling Cup last season.  A trophy many people on this board were definately not describing as a nothign competition when we were in the final
