Well, I am hoping we are still among the pack in November and that then Aquaman gets his chance and does well and Chelski has their problem with a new manager and that Owen continues doing what he has been doing since he left us... win f*** all.

Then we will have a good chance.

But one thing we have to take into consideration.
We will not take 12 pts vs those 2 teams again, just not happening. This means we can afford even less dropped pts vs small teams and we can not start to play well after we go down 2-0 in every game.

And though controversial, I'd love to play Yoshi*2 or Yoshi as he was at the end of the season instead of Kuyt in those games.

Im glad people have mentioned Benny and Kuyt and Agger as positives.

We also need to remember we have Torres and Gerrard in the team, while we scour the transfer rumours hoping for a big name we sometimes take for granted that we have two of the best players in the world and they actually want to play for us and win things with us.

Even Barca who are happily telling the world how the game should be played FEAR us.  There is a reason why we are feared now and its not because we have a crazy manager who rotates too much and plays players out of position.  Try and remember that every now and again and it does keep you in a positive mood

One of the things that I find positive is the things that little by little I'm seeing in Insua. Some fellow members like Scottbot had very positive views about the lad from a lot of time ago, and the more I see the lad, the more I think he has a future with us.

It's important that players come from the youth ranks.
