I am new to this board and I wanted to introduce myself. I am an American college student, who in the past few years has discovered the unbelievabe sport of soccer (what us yanks call it). My best friend is of British descent and they are all from Liverpool so a few years ago I began to watch games with their family. I was a Red immediately. I now watch Liverpool games at my local British pub and the emotion is amazing to me. Liverpool has consumed me. I cannot wait for Wednesday, I get chills everytime I read about or see a preview for the match. Except for the recent FA and League Cups, I have never experienced a Liverpool triumph. I cannot imagine the feelings I will have on Wednesday.

The announcer in the Everton game put it perfectly; on Wednesday there will be "unbridled RED joy"!!!

Thank you and I hope you can accept some American support. Don't worry, it's not like I'm planning on buying the team or anything.
