Are we gonna have some actual football discussion on this thread? I'm gonna be gettin' more nervous as the weekend nears but can't wait for it.
I really don't see any reason why we can't go ahead with an unchanged 11 (wishful thinking?) with the three mighty centre halfs dominating little AJ. Their defence will sh*t themselves with Bellamy buzzing all over the place and Kuyt and Crouchy leading the line.
Most of all, this game's tailor made for Stevie G to have a season defining performance...... We could even be second by full time!

From the everton bbc forums:
....................................................................................

How to beat Liverpool:

Simple. Do exactly what they do, and 'beat them to the punch.'

Close them down, and don't give them any space to pass. Don't give them space or the opportnity to shoot near the edge of the box, or take long range efforts.

When they have the ball, pack your defence, and crowd them out. E.g If a defender is struggling against a player like Gerrard, put another defender on him.

Attack them , using route one football. Their defence will crumble when attacked, as Chelsea showed when they beat them 4 - 1.

Liverpool have a bunch of average misfits, who are playing as a unit. They're nothing special, and resort to past glories, demanding respect from the opposition.

Don't show them any respect. Take the game to them, and use their own tactics against them.

They were extremely lucky to win the European cup two years ago, and Milan simply let them win eventually. That team, assembled by Houllier has gone. They were even luckier to win the F A Cup last year.

Liverpool are beatable by any team willing to show some self belief, discipline and a willingness to attack them. Remember that their keeper is practically a midget, and can easily be beaten on height, while Crouch has little strength, and can easily be beaten by a defender with physical presence.

Come on you blues! Do a 'Rocky' on them! and send them the way of Forest!

I think we'll win 3-0. Fowler to come on and score the third and run over to the blue sh*te and give them the 3-0 hand signal. :D

It starts off quite sensible with some reasoned opinion and a plan regarding tactics, then the bitterness rears its ugly head (its bound to sooner or later :D )
And the retard starts talking about a side letting us win in the European cup final, then states that we were lucky winning the F.A cup, despite knocking out both teams that finished above us in the league.
What does send them the way of forest mean  ???

I've just been reading through Blue kipper and alot of it is similar to this. 4-1 to Chelsea. They have got to be kidding. Does the fact that we have played and beaten Chelsea several times between now and then escape them?

I wan't :censored: revenge plain and simple. 3 or 4 nill would be nice. but the dark side of me would love us to win by 1-0 with the dodgiest goal ever. A blatent off side or a bad penelty decission by the ref.

How f*cking good would it be if Robbie plays, scores, then pulls his shorts down and says "Kiss my a*se, you scruffy c*nts"?

I know he'd get battered by the FA, but it'd be worth it just to see the bitter c*nts' faces as he lets a little turtle-head poke out. :D

It isn't going to be an easy match, but I thoroughly expect a sound victory for the reds. We are far too good for these no-mark nob-jockies in every department to let them win.

So Reina's a midget, is he? At 6' 2", he's a midget? OK then.

F*cking bitter scum.

I re-wrote "You're Beautiful" last time we played the c*nts. I don'twant to jinx us again, but I seriously do feel we should hear a resounding chorus of "You're f*cking B*llocks" on Saturday.

W*nkers.
