Recent results piont to a slight dip in form & with our upcoming fixtures against opposition higher up the table teams, we need to dig in & start grinding out wins rather than draws. If Chelski had played Birmingham Wednesday night more likley than not they would've walked away with the three points after still playing like we did. The Pompy game was another shambles of a performance where we could'nt put three decent passes together without giving the ball away. The mental strength needed at this time of the season has'nt been there for a number of seasons & we need to realise we're where we are in the league through merit rather than luck. Todays game at Stamford Bridge could be the rocket we need to jump start our push for second rather than settling for a place in the champs league. Arsenal may see miles away at the moment but its only two bad games for us & two wins for the gooners & we're in third with Spurs just behind. These games will make our season & I pray we remember them with smiles rather than tears. YNWA

fu ck sake that is two games one of them we won. did u watch a different game when we played Birmingham we out played created chance but could not fimish them off

The dip in form is because Cisse, Morientes and crowd favourite Crouchinho haven't netted this year (2006) We loaned out the only striker to have scored this season to Blackburn. God has to start against Chelsea, we can't maintain a muppet strikeforce that has netted just TEN league goals between them all season (one of them highly dubious but we won't go into that - again)

Losing to a lucky late manc winner is no big deal but failing to beat brum for the fourth league fixture in a row is bad, especially with a man advantage. Fortunately the mancs are pretty poor and they're dropping points as much as we are AND they still have to go to stamford bridge. The good and bad news is the mancs have no European football to distract them
