In part. He made a few huge mistakes himself and perhaps under estimated the huge task he had taken on.

But i truly feel sorry for him.. he took the reigns with glee and who wouldn't, but the job as many of us predicted was too big for him..
I pray whoever comes in can do something to restore us back to greatness, we are truly on a downer at the moment ..
