In part. He made a few huge mistakes himself and perhaps under estimated the huge task he had taken on.

Sadly, for Roy, who comes across as a nice bloke, he’s become the blame for all our on the field failings. The bottom line is the current squad isn't up to the job.

I think we’re heading for a 12-18 month period in the wilderness and I hope the next manager gets some support from our fans, otherwise we'll turn into the next Newcastle.

If he has gone - thank god..

But i truly feel sorry for him.. he took the reigns with glee and who wouldn't, but the job as many of us predicted was too big for him..

I pray whoever comes in can do something to restore us back to greatness, we are truly on a downer at the moment ..

I pray that the new guy is given time. He'll need it, and lots.

Reports trickling in from elsewhere as well. Sounds like its a done deal but there will certainly be no official announcement today.

Yes, it would be grand news indeed if he's been f*cked off, but the bigger and more important news to me is who is to step in. This is vital. Don't lose sight of that no matter how much you dislike Hodgson.

I imagine that will happen.  Unless Rafa comes back  :D  Then we'll remain divided.

How awesome would it be if Kenny lead us out against the Mancs on Sunday!  We'll probably still get thumped though but still.
