Unfortunately Hodgson is the victim of years of mistakes at LFC.

In part. He made a few huge mistakes himself and perhaps under estimated the huge task he had taken on.

Sadly, for Roy, who comes across as a nice bloke, he’s become the blame for all our on the field failings. The bottom line is the current squad isn't up to the job.

I think we’re heading for a 12-18 month period in the wilderness and I hope the next manager gets some support from our fans, otherwise we'll turn into the next Newcastle.

Im sick of the media and all Roys buddies sticking up for him.  We all know the club has been in decline for a few years - pity the media have just copped on now.

The squad is not brilliant, thanks to the last yanks, but its certainly better than 12th and relegation form.  i wish they'd just accept that Roy deserves everything he gets this afternoon.

But i truly feel sorry for him.. he took the reigns with glee and who wouldn't, but the job as many of us predicted was too big for him..

I pray whoever comes in can do something to restore us back to greatness, we are truly on a downer at the moment ..
