Agree with this formation 5-2-3-1 as it's Benitez's favoured formation but I'd start Cisse instead of Baros.

playing Stevie G off the front man doesn't work or hasn't anyone watched the games where Stevie G played there ? (Apart from Arsenal)  :D

yes but do you all think we should be more open and play attackingly , or more defensively?

the first 10 mins could tell us everything.

Almost.

But Riise will play instead of Kewell. Riise is a better team player and his work rate is phenomenal. He will maybe be our most important offensive player tomorrow. We know Riise is a workhorse, and he can exploit the space Cafu leaves behind him when Cafu moves forward.

You put Cisse up front? I am not 100% sure if that is the best option. Maybe? If Baros start he will run run run until his legs are dead, and hopefully until Maldini's and Stam's legs are dead too. Maybe it is best to let Baros give them a run around first, and then unleash Cisse? If Cisse start, he will probably not last the whole game anyway. So Baros will either start or come on as a substitute. I let Benitez decide what's best.

But between Hamann and Biscan. I'd definately take Hamann. He is more consistent and provides more safety and experience. He is better at reading the game and closing down the opponent. Biscan however is better at set pieces (headers!) and a bit better moving the ball forward.
If football is banned in heaven. I'd rather go to hell.

Juve won serie a and we dumped them out!

They conceded 3 goals versus psv and nearly went out!

LFc can score late goals too, look at the three versus olympiacos in the second half!

Milan have aging defenders, and maldini is 38!

Im sure baros will skin him, or Cisse.

My basis for attacking first half and defending, secnd half is a mirror reflection of what we have done so far in the CL.

HALF TIME -  you see alonso........I f*ucking told YOU...having an attacking formation was not gonna work....'ATTACK S THE BEST FOR OF DEFENSE'
what a load of B*LLOCKS...the people in this forum, make me sick I warned EVERYBODY of the risk of MILAN, but oh no, everybody talks of their tired defence...whatever.........i love liverpool more than my family, but I WARNED people this could happen, but of course everybody else (with many posts that is!!) think because they have made many posts that they know it all............what s*it, i told people we had to keep it firm at the back then take it from there.......but then again, IM AN IDIOT ARE'NT I??    ???
