Fernando's season has been outstanding, end of. Not only he's been effective as he has never been in his career, his attitude is being great.

He never did a season like this in Spain. He had much lower goal tally and helped with penalties. Stats and quite a few poor performances on front of my eyes, made me think that he was not the world class player you lot were asking for. Numpty of me, that's why Rafa is Liverpool coach and I'm computer scientist.  It serves me well. :)

Sooner rather than later Rafa will be proving wrong all the "numpties" (in reference to a previous Red Dotty post) who think that we won't win the league under Rafa's methods will be reminded aswell their quotes. And of course, just as I'm happy about Torres, they'll be chuffed about it too!  :buttrock

Didnt know you were a computer scientist Sabre  :Oo:

He's no Ian Rush :D
1) You'll Never Walk Alone
2) pass and move is the Liverpool groove
3) FIRST WILL ALWAYS BE FIRST AND SECOND WILL ALWAYS BE NOTHING.
4) If Torres has scored 60 league goals for Liverpool by the start of the 2011/12 season, I'll say he's better than Owen.

HE HAD BETTER HAVE SOME SIZE HOUSE. WHERE WILL HIS MATCH BALLS GO?
The devil on the badge represents the equality of manchester united with satan and his many demoish minions downstairs. just like the many twisted devil worshipers accross the world it means you have to posess the same sick minded mentality to follow that pathetic excuse for a football team.

He's a fabulous footballer and no mistake. Sabre had his doubts but to be fair he wasn't on his own, I had grave reservations myself when you looked at the size of the fee and his stats in Spain. There was much debate before he signed and TBPH, I would definately have erred on the side of not spending the money. I guess thats why I run a sex shop etc etc :D (doesn't sound as impressive as a computer scientist but it's the best I can do I'm afraid).

Not a bad bargain.

20M for Torres and he's scored 219 goals this season.

Spurs paid about 16M for Darren Bent and well....does he still exist?

Better yet compare Torres to Ronaldo.

Ronaldo is what, 100 Mill now to sign?  And he has 21 goals and a few extra playmakers, thats not worth 80 more mil in my book.

Torres is one hell of a deal.

2-0 now.

And, on topic - Torres is fabulous. He is everything that we could've asked for and he is the perfect man to lead the attack and be one of the key players on the team.

my nephews are west ham supporters, and before the game yesterday they were saying how much better west ham were lol.  so after not watching tv or going on the internet yesterday i watched the highlights on sky sports, how pleased was I with the score (was never in any doubt we would win), I then made this for them, so when they logged onto the computer this was the desktop background:
