If thats all the CCTV they have the trial is a waste of time!

a fuc,king slap on the wrists all round and forget about it.....But Oh no a footballer is involved,must exhaust all avenues to try and make ££!! :D

According to the guys debating it over at RAWK (I'm saying what they're saying cos I've not got much clue :D ):

The DJ is the Guy elbowed.
Stevie is the 1 confronting him.
Stevie's mate throws the elbow and has admitted this.
Stevie then dives in and this is when the alleged boxing punches are thrown.

Clear? ??? :laugh: If it is then can you explain it to me please? :D

I've just watched that CCTV and it does look like Stevie takes first punch like

or am I mistaken as to which one Stevie is?

Anyway even we have seen the footage and cant really make out WTFs going on and the jury can only convict if they are beyond all reasonable doubt and judging by the footage its hard to see how they can be

Wasnt Stevie in the blue jumper because i cant see noone in a blue jumper doing a Manny there can anyone else ,

thats who I think it is but its the scene after confusing me. The bloke at the bar when he gets slapped, is that the Manc?

The guy in the BLUE jumper who gets elbowed is the DJ.
Stevie is in a blueISH jumper although may have taken it off.
Stevie's mate is the elbower.

right so that footage shows Stevie doing FA then?  :D  the clip they showed on SS showed Gerrard being restrained by some of his mates but nothing more.

Anyway he put in a friggin crackin perfromance against Newcastle that day and what better way to celebrate than tw@ttin a Manc  :D

As far as I can tell it shows him discussing/arguing and then leaning in after the DJ is elbowed. From the camera angle being so clear (they really need to invest in new CCTV at that place) Gerrard could be doing anything from smacking him to helping him up.

the thing is theres very little context as to whats gone on. This guys clearly let his mouth go thinkin Stevie would give him a dig for it and he was wrong, now he's trying to play the victim of this whole thing like the dirty horrible little Manc he is. I reckon Stevie's mates have done his a favour here as well

Yeah and then "OFF CAMERA" Stevie turned into Ricky Hatten and rained and endless barrage of precise uppercuts on the poor fella..................................
WHO HAD HARDLY A FECKING SCRATCH ON HIM!

Biggest load of balls....Gold digging is all it is.Stevie and his mates will get a slap on the writs and a fine...THEN once the DJ Manc is allowed to talk to the papers proper after the trial the kunt will flaunt himself to gutter rats in the press like a high class wh'ore and make big bucks...thats what its all about!

Maybe Im sceptical and paranoid and he just wants "justice"...Yeah right! :no
