I've heard all different amounts regarding the money but I don't actually know what the exact figure is.

We already know he has no ethics :D . I really wouldn't mind if he leaves Newcastle to bang in some goals for us. :rasp

He neva expected to get injuried.

So it would of been a full season with Newcastle as they have broken the clause.

Newcastle put a spanner in the works when Owen wanted to leave Real Madrid no one expected them to put an offer in.

I neva implied that it was Newcastle's fault.

That particular statement I made was about:-

u cant respect Owen if he leaves Newcastle after one season, when half of it he’s injured. i like the guy but footballers need some ethics at least

Owen neva expected to get injured, so it would of been a season at Newcastle anyway, with still one of the clauses broken.

If you read my previous posts I said that I know the clauses but haven't said what the clauses are, as I don't know if I can.  So you just assumed from that comment that it was something to do with the injury, which it isn’t.
I’m sorry if you misinterpreted the way I wrote it, I should of wrote it more clearly, using the quotes.

RED WATCH: No £250k extension for Owen

Former Liverpool ace Michael Owen has been told by planners that he can't build a £250,000 extension on his family home in Lower Soughton Hall, North Wales.

Although living up in the north east, Owen is keen to improve his property ahead of his planned switch back to Anfield in the summer (fitness permitting).

Planners said that the designs would spoil the appearance of the 1868 listed building.

they are talkin bout the player or the building? the fitness permit thingy :D
