Sorry, but this isn't a rumour.  Heard from two sources that its a done deal  and Simao is a Liverpool player.  A fee has been agreed but Benfica and Liverpool are now just sorting out the payments details.  it's going to be around 8-10 million, with the fee varying on apparences and other performance related stuff.

it's a done deal, Parry and Rafa are making sure it's 100% before having it annouced because Man Yoooo want him too.  But trust me lads....Simao is a Liverpool player.

So from near certainty, to "word is" and a back up plan for when you find your drinking mates were talking ? Dodgy stuff, mate. If I'd believed all the tales Ive heard over the years, we'd be the new fkng Galcticos, playing our football inside a space age glass bowl in Widnes.

I dont get how much of an "exclusive" this is considering Simao is player we have been after for nearly a year, mearly signed him in the summer and said we would go after him again and Koeman, the benfica manager has also said they cant afford to turn down a good bid for Simao.

Well the fact Benfica have just bought two wingers suggest there is some truth in what he says..

Also considering that Benfica just signed a new rw in laurent robert i suspect that this might just be true.
