saviola is having an absolute cracker at the olympics charlton have put a bid in for him hes a fantastic forward young and could be great for us. One question though as he is still at the olympics would we be able to sign him? I dont know how that work works if he is in a tournement?
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

id defo have him, ive seen him a number of times at barca and he is pure quality....ive heard that monaco are trying to get him on loan and it would be great if we could get him on a loan deal for a year
Chopper:Look, you're not still angry at me about the leg, are you?
Neville Bartos : Nah, forget about it.
Chopper : Because I don't know if you remember, Neville, but I had that bloody shotgun pointed at your head. I reconsidered and dropped it down to your kneecap. Remember?

Charlton? Must be a joke.

He's a top young forward but probably out of our price Bracket, Charlton though?  He won't be going there.

Why on earth would Saviola want to go to Charlton? Why would Charlton want to try and make a bid for him when it is almost certain that he won't sign for them unless he has been suddelny dropped to the reserve team at Barca with absolutely no first team prospects.

He probably doesnt want to go to Charlton. If there is any truth in that rumour i'd put it down to a media stunt by Curbishley and the Charlton board to try and tell their supporters that they can try and get the big names to the valley.

Just like Spurs a couple of seasons ago when (if memory serves me correctly) they were managed by Mr "I want to be the French coach" Hoddle. What a looney, trying for the French coach's job. Probably he received encouragement from his infamous faith healer.

I've been saying this for years and Mr Cisse I whole heartedly agree. I have been crowing on since owen's departure about getting a new striker and he is the one that I think would suit us best. He can play alone and is known for working hard to forge great partnerships. I say we hack into liverpools accounts and lodge a bid ourselves. We need him.

IMO Saviola is a class act and reminds me alot of owen.

I wouldn't pay more than 10m for him unless we can afford him as I would like to see a quality centre half brought in before the deadline.
Smith to Shankly:My thigh is a bit sore, but I think I could play.
Shankly to Fagan:Tell him,Joe.He has got no chance of playing.
Smith to Fagan:Tell him to sod off.It is not his leg,it's mine.
Shankly to Smith:Oh no son.You are wrong, son. It is not your leg.
It is Liverpool Football Club's leg.
