I wouldn't be too worried even if Robben played to be honest. He played against us on new years day and did relatively nowt. Same with Duff. If it wasn't for a completely inept refereeing display we would probably have won the game. I will be happier if Joe Cole doesn't play. His sole contribution to Chelsea this season has been to score two winning goals against us. :(

Once Robben went off last night tho they where very light on attack, we need him to be out for this game.
Like we wont have Alonso.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

there squad is quality but i fancy our chances against chelski rather than the scum, cos they have a habit of performing when they need to and can really battle

the arrogance of some chelsea supporters is quite staggering. they seem to be under the impression that all they have to do is turn up and the trophies theirs.

what they seem to forget is that we have a very good record at cardiff. we were underdogs against manure in 2003 but turned them over good and proper.

we will do the same to chelsea. :alien:

When we played them at Anfield both Robben and Duff were quiet, they had a total of two attempts on goal. Robben gives them an extra edge and without Robben their attack will be a bit light but they are dangerous non the less.

We've been the underdogs before in this competion and we've won it, I can't see why we won't be able to do it again.

Pray that Mike Riley isn't the ref for the match.

Stu Averill, a wannabe Scouse/Scot. I remember the good times & have faith in them comin back

Beside the Hillsborough Flame, I heard a Koppite mournin, "Why so many taken on that day?" Justice has never been done. But their memory we'll carry on. There'll be Glory Round The Fields Of Anfield Road

I think you are right. Steve Bennett will be the ref.

Cole may just take his place in the starting line-up and continue to torment us with his timely strike and keep his record against us this season.

I just read on Yahoo! sports news that Robben is indeed injured, but Jose Mourinho says he doesn't know the extent. Let us all join together and wish Arjen a slow and complicated recovery. Just Kidding! (or am I?)...

blackburn, particularly dickov and savage were an absolute disgrace last night

that's was nothing , compare the way they let Alsonso out of the season . I hope in the final Lampard and Duff will get hurt . I don't really care . I just want Liverpool to win .

agreed I want liverpool to win but more than that i want chelsea to have a cataclysmic injury crisis which reduces them to a combined youth, reserve n first team squad of 4 players which causes them to capitulate in all competitions and finish the season trophyless

the point i was trying to make the point of the width and disciplince that Robben brings to the team. Joe Cole has been devastating against us but hes too undisciplined and makes the team look different.
You are right as well, the Chelski scum are saying that they already got the Carling Cup. That is why they are close becoming (to me anyways) almost as hated as the manc scum (altho since buying rooney i couldnt hate them much more)
