Wow... Sakho is my favourite player and Lovren is one of my least favourites. But they seem to have different forms now...

Mignolet - 7 - mix of good and bad, with the results of the good out-weighing the results of the bad
Clyne - 6 - OK
Lovren - 8 - would've been a 9 if not for being beaten once by an in-form striker
Sakho - 4.5 - first half was a 3, second half a 6
Moreno - 6.5 - got forward well, some good moments in defense, but some criminal ball watching too
Can - 6 - not as dominant as usual, passing often poor
Henderson - 6 - better game from him, still a long way from his best, but glimpses
Milner - 6 - he always puts in a good shift it has to be said
Lallana - 7 - he is starting to change my mind - I want to get rid cos he isn't scoring goals, but you see why Klopp keeps picking him
Coutinho - 8 - a class above everyone bar Lovren, for whom he can fight it out for MOTM
Sturridge - 6 - a conundrum right now. He is putting himself about well enough, showing touches of class, but still far from his incisive best

Subs:
Origi - 6 - I like this lad, came on and did what he was supposed to
Allen - 6 - a bit anonymous it has to be said, but he'll surely get his chance with Can suspended
Ibe - N/A

Borussia Dortmund v Liverpool - Europa 1st leg - Thur 7 Apr

Mignolet - 8 - thought he had a very solid match, a bit scary with the Cruyf turn at the begining though
Clyne - 8 - really solid performance, worked his socks off
Sakho - 9 - this is the club captain right here
Lovren - 9 - just as good as Sakho
Moreno - 5 - made some silly mistakes, a couple of daft challenges
Can - 7.5 - did some things very very well
Henderson - 5 - poor before he went off
Lallana - 7 - worked very very hard, nothing up top, but a very good performance
Coutinho - 7 - very isolated, was well marshalled
Milner - 6 - gave the ball away 'a lot', should not be vice captain
Origi - 9 - excellent performance, took his goal well

Subs...

Allen - 7 - looked better with him instead of Hendo
Firmino - 5 - didn't affect the game
Sturridge - n/a

Mignolet - 7 - was confident the entire game and had some good saves
Clyne - 7.5 - thought he did well defensively
Sakho - 9 - phenomenal game, kept Aubameyang (and the entire Dortmund attack for that matter) at bay. Nothing went past him
Lovren - 9 - I also thought this guy was just as good, although completely opposite with his style, really no-nonsense defending. Whenever Sakho failed, Lovren was there to clear our lines
Moreno - 6
Can - 7 - good game, especially in defense
Henderson - 6.5 - didn't think he was that bad. Yes, he gave the ball away a lot but he was an important part of the unit that defended really well
Milner - 6 - worked hard but not much more than that. Good assist but sheer luck
Lallana - 6.5 - another one that worked very hard, only didn't waste the ball at every opportunity
Coutinho - 6.5 - was very active and tried to harass the oppo every time he got the ball, but TBH I don't think he contributed a lot to anything
Origi - 7.5 - I'm probably being a bit harsh on the lad and he deserves a higher rating, but I had to deduct points for that important one on one miss at the end of the first half

Subs:
Allen - 7 - ran a lot, passed it well
Firmino - 5
Sturridge - n/a

MINGOLET - 7 did okay but one or two heart in mouth moments when the ball was at his feet
CLYNE - 6.5 panics in possession a bit and allowed a Dortmund player to drift in completely unmarked behind him but was decent overall
SAKHO - 8.5 apart from a couple of wayward passes he was outstanding, saved a certain goal with a great last ditch block
LOVREN - 8.5 superb again, made a great block/tackle himself when Dortmund looked through on goal
MORENO - 7 did well but could have easily seen red for that two footed flying lunge by the corner flag
CAN - 7.5 thought he was the pick of our midfielders
HENDERSON - 6.5 worked his @rse off but gave the ball away a bit too much for my liking
MILNER - 6.5 ditto
LALLANA - 6.5 put a shift in but wasn't really in the game attacking wise
COUTINHO - 6.5 looked quite good when he had the ball but didnt see much of it out on the wing
ORIGI - 8 not easy leading the line when the opposition has so much of the ball but battled away and deserved his goal, probably should have scored another really.

Milner - 8 - Maturity and Skill shone through

Toure - 7 - love his occasional beckenbauer impressions

Moreno - 8 - scored a goal and seemed to have improved his decision making

Milner - 7.5 - another solid and hard working performance. mr dependable.
Stewart 7 - not bad at all for a debut
Ojo - 7 - great skill for the assist
Firmino - 6 - not his best game but not so bad either
Sturridge - 7 - improving. hard to miss the goal.

Subs...

Lallana - 6 - didn't really have much impact
Lucas - 6 - not enough time to really do much
Origi - 8.5 - looking like we might actually have a good young striker on our hands here

Mignolet - 7 - good game, did his job, could do nothing for the goal
Clyne - 7
Toure - 7
Skrtel - 7
Moreno - 7.5 - well taken goal
Allen - 8.5 - very good game for him again. Candidate for MOTM along with Origi
Stewart - 7 - did most of the dirty work. Good debut for him
Milner - 8 - have to admit he's in been in good form lately
Ojo - 7 - a bit of a slow start but a very good assist. Loved how the entire team celebrated with him
Firmino - 5 - a bit out of form since he came back from injury
Sturridge - 7.5 - right place right time for the goal, played well overall

Subs:
Origi - 8.5 - stole the show really. Fast, strong, looks like a real steal for those 10 mill.

Liverpool V Borussia Dortmund - Europa League 1/4 Final 2nd leg

Really hard not to get carried away with these ratings after what we saw last night, but will try my best

Mignolet - 7 - did well, conceded 3 but not really blaming him for those
Clyne - 7 - worked hard, supported well
Lovren - 8.5 - was at fault for the Reus goal (positioning) but scored the winner so who gives a stuff !! He will be remembered as a hero and that counts  :nod
Sakho - 8.5 - same as Lovren, was at fault for the first goal, but more than made up for it with a goal of his own and grew into the game
Moreno - 6 - i really like him, but he plays like a winger, his positioning at times is really bad and his tackling at times very wreckless
Can - 9 - immense performance, future captain ?   early reports suggesting he may be out for the season, which is a massive blow for both us and him :(
Milner - 8 - thought first half he was poor, in the second he got better, his corners were dire, but he got much better towards the end when it mattered
Lallana - 6 - not his best game
Firmino - 5 - poor if i am honest
Coutinho - 8.5 - took his goal really well (cracking finish), thought he had 2 or 3 pressing him all the time, did really well with that in mind
Origi - 9 - what a player, loving this guy, scored a sweet goal and his all round performance is everything our other strikers is not

Subs...

Allen - 7 - played slightly out of position but did ok
Sturridge - 7 - had a decent impact when he came on and setup a goal
Lucas - 6 - gave away a very silly foul right at the end which could well of cost us

Manager...

Klopp - 10 - he walks on water... the perfect fit for our club

Thought it was Sturridge who made the initial trip ?
