What a ball by Sama, Ince controlled well.  There is a goal here somewhere for Liverpool.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

Tough loss.  Liverpool were pretty dominant in the second half, Ince equalizes late.  Arsenal get a goal from a corner in the 92nd minute.  was a good game though.

I agree, and I certainly hope that we can play the expectation-management game well with him. He looks fantastic, but he also looks TINY compared to a lot of the players on the pitch. I think he needs to bulk up just a bit (hell, he's 16...probably not even done growing yet!) before I'd feel comfortable playing him in the PL. I think the opening Europa League rounds next year (if we make it) and the first few rounds of the domestic cups will be a perfect introduction to first-team football for him.

Reserves looked good early in the first half vs Villa.  But didn't put away any of their chances.  Losing 2-0 at the half.  Shelvey has played from the opening kickoff and is looking like he is nearing full fitness.

Edit:  Final score 3-1, Silva with a very nice goal and a nice pass from Thomas to Silva to set up that play.  Thomas came on for Shelvey just short of the hour mark.

I have family in Liverpool, Manchester and Wales so i cant really understand when scousers say i hate mancs with a passion and vice a versa. In a footballing sense surei cant stand them, but not when it goes beyond that (i think thats the whole gang mentally rearing its ugly head again). I know my manc side of the famlly (ugly :censored: all of em:D) think its disgusting when other mancs say those things about scousers so it comes down to the simple minds of some i suppose.

Were you under the affluence of incohol when you typed that post ??

Nah mate why u ask? I know its hard to believe but just because someone dosent look like you, speak like you, or isnt from where you are from doesnt mean their scum. Some people wont agree with me but like i said simple minds.

Anybody watching the young lads against the Mancs?.

If you aren't Liverpool u18s are 4-0 up, Silva x 2, Morgan (13th successive game he's scored and Adorjan.

They have quite literally passed the Mancs off the park, and as I type Ngoo makes it 5-0.

The Mancs were seriously depleted due to the FAYC game, but nothing should be taken away from the dominating performance the kids gave.

We were also without Coady, Belford, Suso, Flanagan, Robinson, Wisdom, Kohlert, and Emilsson.

Morgan proved yet again he is a striker that can be out of a game for the entirety and then just pop up.

Silva scored a goal reminiscent from Thierry Henry taking on everybody from his own half.

Sterling had them laying eggs, he deserved his trip straight on the train down to London after the game with the first team.

Adorjan is simply something else.

Below these we have Lussey, Petersson, Moli, Mersin, Crump, Pilkington, the future is definitely looking red.
