Yeah stick with the red as much as possible even if it does mean occasional white socks

I love Rafa's insistence that we wear our red kit at every possible opportunity, rather than wearing the (awful) away kits to please the sponsors.

.. if that's true then white socks it is folks... something about the red which makes them look the part... the other colours just don't work ..
