What is his true value though.  And how can we trust the Mods to spend those funds wisely.  What I mean is I can see the Mods overspending on some poster from the .TV forums.

Well Lakes, as a Liverpool supporter, coming onto this forum lately and reading some of the absolute garbage being spouted is more of an embarrassment in reflection to the so called self-proclaimed most knowledgeable, best supporters around. The gloves sort of had to come off for me recently, but I think I'm well justified in my outbursts. Woof's sentiment with this thread is that he's as p*ssed off with it as I am reading some of that bile from so called supporters of this club. Only his way of dealing with it is to card people. I personally wouldn't red card you, Lakes, as I don't think you're that bad, but some of the other stuff I'd be dishing out reds like they were going out of style.

What I'm saying is, people clearly have the right to want a change of manager, and feel p*ssed off at the run of form etc etc, but when the stick is persistent to the fact that it becomes a wind up to some people with other views, it causes unrest, and it's especially disprespectful against everything that I've come to learn about LFC and it's ways over the past 20 years or so supporting the club. To call for a man to get the sack in his job is something I'm certainly not comfortable with and is against the working class ethos that Shankly embedded into the lore of this club. To call our boss derogatory names such as "fat Spanish waiter" as if that is acceptable to do considering he shows the fans the upmost admiration is a disgrace and should not be tolorated on a LFC related board. I've seen a dozen or so of these posts, and to be honest, the mods are guilty of no at least carding those posters for such spite. Whether or not Rafa goes or stays, I don't care anymore. I want this team and club back on the rails, and as far as I'm concerened, there is only two people (and their posse) at this club that is "destroying it". It's certainly not the "fat Spanish waiter".
