If you have seen dire performances this season worse than you have ever seen then you must of totally forgotten the games under souness or even Gh when we were absoulutely shocking ending up at one point closer to relegation under souness and getting beat was it 5 games in a row under gh 30 odd points behind the leaders ?! And if those squad players hadnt of played maybe the stronger first teamers wouldnt be firing on all cyclinders in the last couple of months ?

<--- always supported Dirk lol

We have learnt a shedload this season. Enough to give us fuel for next season no matter what the outcome this term.
We all wish we had played like this earlier on, not drawn so many, but thats in the past. We have belief now.

We have seen improvement this season, we have also seen too many draws this season (again), we have seen amazing performances, we have seen some of the most dire performances I have seen the reds involved in, we have seen we have the ability to challenge when we actually play football as it should be played, we have seen competitors falter, we have seen us fail to take advantage by being too careful, we have seen us weaken our team for many games, we have seen some players are not good enough and we have seen some players that many believed were not good enough prove their worth, we have seen the beauty that is torres and the clogger that is dirk, we have seen boardroom battles played out in the press which should never happen. we have shown that having 5 30 million quid players does not give any guarantees so lets put that excuse to bed, we have seen a player used as a political pawn, we have seen one of the younger guys prove he is worth a place (Insua). We have seen our captain in court, we have seen delays on the new stadium, we have seen another excuse put to rest that the owners are to blame for poor football, if they are to blame for that then they now need credit for us being second etc etc etc

anyway, discuss

And we have seen that you only post on here when its not going so well, and when we are doing well your nowhere to be seen.

Until we can say we hold the same strength in depth as the likes of Utd and Chelsea we will be saying these same things come end of season year after year. This summer is going to be massive for us.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

it has been an improvement this season!!! to smash united at trafford and anfield and challenge upuntill the last dy of the season, united have been lucky!!! to get a penalty from nothing which changed the game against totenham and a 17 year old get out of jail twice, gets annoying, even more annoying when giggs wins pfa player of the year with 12 stars its a joke

I am not sure if it is fair to say that they are "lucky" because the Mancs are only on 77 points after 33 games. They are 10 points shy of last season's total with 15 points left to play for.  I think you have their early stumble, which wasn't even that big of a stumble taking up too much of your mind and not enough of the couple of months where VDS did not concede a goal, or this 6-8 week or so stretch where they have mostly played shi.te but since the Fulham game, have managed to win every league game.

And why are you so quick to dismiss our high number of late game comebacks as something that wont happen next season, when United have had their fair share as well?

as for the thread: for me we have had a massive improvement this season and the difference between winning trophies and not is very marginal at this level, say a couple of 30million players and torres and gerrard not getting injured every other week

this thread was started to slag off rafa you dont really have to read between the lines to see the negativity

also the amount of people assuming the league is over is shocking considering this club and team is known for its never die attitude
