I am just saying that when we had an injury prone Torres and our only other striking options were Ngog and Voronin,

All the posters banging on that rafa treats Babel so bad and he should be playing him and most of those will also take the opportunity to sound off that Kuyt is also being misused and should be playing upfront instead of N Gog, yet when it suits they dont exist.

Now i have come up with players off the top of my head that we could have possibly signed while in work.
I dont get paid millions to do it, Rafa does so he should be able to find players in positions we need them in.

I am not saying its necessarily easy but its his job.

Another player that would have done a job.

If there were I think we would have brought the serb in instead of having to wait untill the end of the season.

Nobody can justify the Aqualani signing.  The board should never of sanctioned such a move for a player who was injured.  Madness!!

So it seems that most people want rid now, good to see sanity returning to the forum. 

Not that it matters but not everyone has been included in the stay list.

The gaffa is going no where like it or not, he`s already signed a player who should give us a bit more bite for next season, a couple more of the same ilk and we`ll not have another season like this.

Feck, if Rafa stays for next season then I'll probably take a break from watching football, it's just too depressing watching how he is destroying the team at the moment.

If there is ever a greater reason for Rafa to stay - there it is in bold letters - it gets rid of Heimdall and fans like him

I dont have all the answers, wish I did but I would say the main reason was money, its hard to bring in quality players who will improve us on a shoe string so instead we are having to wait for players to become free.

now you will get all the... rafa has spent mill and mill of £££ before

but i agree with you there is / was no money to go and get what we need and i can not see where it is going to come from so like you said he has to go and look for what he can going free or cheap

Why if Rafa knew that he was going to get only so much to spend after Alonso was sold didn't he just tell him he was going nowhere this season, we held all the aces, 3 years still on the contract, world cup year
Offered Sammy the 2 years he wanted and spent the money wasted on Aquilani on a decent striker to back Torres up.

I think Rafa couldn't wait to get rid of Alonso because he still held a grudge against him defying him over the baby incident.

Hes made so many poor/bizarre decisions its pathetic.

You obviously don't watch the same game as most of us, your just one of the crowd who thinks that ignoring Rafa many faults makes you some kind of special supporter.
I along with many can see right through him, hes made more fk ups than anyone I can remember and is serving up the biggest load of shyte ever seen at the club
But you keep on singing for him, maybe if you took more notice of whats going on on the pitch you might think twice about it!

He told Masch he was going nowhere and the same should have been told to Alonso.

What I find hard to stomach is that we´re paying 4 vast salaries to Maxi, Reira, Babel and Waterboy because we coiuldnt buy the player we wanted ie David Silva.
Seems we dont get the money to buy the right players so we waste even more on numerous compromises. Heart breaking.

I will stick with support the club i grew up with and learnt how to support the right way - ie backing the players and managers through thick and thin and sticking together

You on the other hand im guessing wont be there at the games becuase you dont like what you see - well  im pretty sure the club will be better off without your support
