Im fed up Nan. I know Rafa has been out of spending money too but there seems something stale about the team. I really think he has lost the dressing room that's why they are not giving 100% for him. If that is indeed the case then there is no way back for Rafa.

Nan it might help if Rafa spent sometime talking to the players instead of just telling them what to do and not why they must do it, it might also help if he got to know the players a bit more and understand there minds more.

if he had he would not of lost them, it was easy to see today the players that care about the club and the ones that are just doing what they are told by Rafa, there are only 3 players in that team right now that are playing for the shirt.

Mate neither of us can make such assumptions. I'm sure Rafa knows each player intmatley. We know he isn't the arm around the shoulder type when it comes to man managent but to suggest he doesn't take time to get to know the players is maybe a bit rash.

No one was questioning his man managment style last season when we took utd all the way.

I guess you could say Pepe always gives 100%. He does make mistakes too at times but he always looks up for it. Maybe it's just me...

Sorry lads and lassies I think you are talking b0llocks if you think our form has anything to do with the two clowns. Rafa played Gerrard in CM against Wigan and we looked a lot better, so what does he do ...... brings Lucas on and we nearly lose the game. Then today he plays Lucas from the start! FFS the formation IS NOT WORKING this season, SO FECKING CHANGE IT!

Once we have our form back and Aquilani is firing on all cylinders change it back but ffs when we are struggling like we are we need Gerrard in midfield!

If Rafa can't or won't see that then he deserves to be sacked.

Im not blaming them two at all for today Saint , im blaming the gutless performace from the players and i blame Rafa an all because i would of started with Ngog up front with Torres an put Stevie back in the middle and all, But im telling you Saint it would of made no difference mate, they wernt interested

Thats as damning an indictment of the manager has you can get. Means the players have no faith in the manager and couldn't care less if it costs him his job. They know they are safe....... you don't sack 22 players .... you sack the manager.
