Exactly Bob - it'll all be how Rafa has lost it.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid that's is the way this will end up.
I personally think Benitez made a mistake with his "outburst" as it's being called in the general media, even though most people on the ground will agree with what is being said.
It'll just look like Benitez is chucking a wobbler, when a wry smile, a knowing wink and an "I couldn't care less what Mr Ferguson has to say" would have been a better move.

The thing is Tonyeh, he is just stating facts in a calm way.

Yep, you and I know that and everyone else here. But at the end of the day, the winner of this may well be Ferguson who if HE playes HIS cards right will end making Benitez look like a.
IMO, Rafa should have continued with his softly softly approach.
In one way, I like what Rafa has said. But in another it was obvious from the very start that it was going to be twisted into Rafa's "Keegan" moment by both Utd fans and the general "neutral" element.
Number 9 wrote:Rafa was right to speak out..what has he to loose?Sure no one thinks he can win it anyway.
All the pressure is on UTD and that kunt Fergie..he's dying to equal LFCs record and better it.

Bullsh'it..we are in an excellent position. We have been playing below par and without the best player in the world!Half way through and we are still top!
Time to go all guns blazing, the manager has shown his balls and TBH every mangaer in the League will be saluting Rafa tonight for saying what needed said for too long!
Im nearly as proud of Rafa tonight as I was back when he won us number 5..just delighted.
Only words, but serious words with no punches pulled and the intent to cause waves by simply stating facts.
Remember Tony,we are the underdogs still. The bookies and most neutrals still fancy UTD but at the end of the day we are in with as much chance as anyone now!
Rafa was right to speak out..what has he to loose?Sure no one thinks he can win it anyway.
All the pressure is on UTD and that kunt Fergie..he's dying to equal LFCs record and better it.the clock is ticking though and he knows it.He's on his way out with age..he will loose fight soon,if not his liver will pack in!
Basically if we win the EPL this season Fergie can forget about "knocking LFC of its perch" and he knows it!
