i heard the commentator mention that we have 4 home games in a row coming up...or something like that

The_Rock wrote:yeah..no baros. That was the biggest mistake rafa did. If baros was on the bench, traore would not have come in & baros would have scored the header from the last minute corner.

Against portsmouth we should win. but we are meeting another of our bogy keeper hislop. He has made as impossible saves against us for both portsmouth & newcastle.

.. Baros has just returned for an injury that cud re-occur and rule him out longer... where is the logical thinking... ppl

No because we play West Bromich away on the 26th. But we have a lot of home fixtures comming up and we need all the points we can get.

you can say what you like, but today's result could be massive. the game on wednesday was important, but not as important as this. we are now 12pts behind the blue scum, which is going to be very difficult to pull back, if we can.we are going to struggle to finnish in the top four, which will be a disaster for the club.but the worst possible outcome would be for everton to finnish above us and take are place in the champions league. do you really think stevie g would stay then, even tough there's only a small chance of keeping him now i don't think so. where do we go from here? i don't know. but what i do know is this result could set us back two or three year's.really think about this.if we don't start getting the result's that matter, we could end up another middle of the table team treading water going no where.and it's no use saying, we'll sign new players in the transfer window,it'll take those player's time to bed in. and it just might be to late by then.    well what do you think? ???? ?????

I am afraid Benitez got it all wrong today. It was a real big game and he gambled by leaving out better players and playing guys out of position. It just did not work on any level and I just hope he learns from his mistakes. On another note I think Dudek should be back in goal.

:D hey Mr Rock .. one extreme to another with u...  :D but seriously after the xmas period we will have a better idea of where we are.. many teams still to have a bad run.. our injury stuation getting better .. we'll be in the running at the end.. I feel confident of that ...

.. I do think Dudek shud be in goal.. Kirkland is not doing the business.. and he was at fault fot the goal...   :(

also finnan for josemi. i know josemi gives his all, but really he is giving away a lot of freekicks around dangerous areas. I also reckon he was pretty lucky not to get send off.

Benitez had to leave out some players because they were tired. 3 games in six days.

:D ............

well..... time to drown my sorrows.

Will just like to finish up by adding that the Blue sh** is just a sh1tty team and they will not qualify for europe next season.  So chang beer will cease sponsoring them next season and they will hopefully go into administration & get relegated.  Goodison park will be sold and  they could think about about sharing stadiums with.....tranmare.

I also am not kidding about us winning the champions league this season
