No doubt you voted for the Aboriginal candidate in the last Western Australian State Elections.

Well left wing right wing its still the same turkey regardless of the colour the bird is as far as im concerned Woof  :D

However I wouldnt vote for that fascist tory federal regardless of what colour he is.

Though  I was hoping the state labour party last year would have seen some sense and got rid of its inept leader and replace him with first indigenous opposition leader but alas it wasnt to be

And alas we digress  :D

A reference to race is a reference to race, they are the same by definition. References to being black tend to attract more controversy because historically it is associated with heinous crimes. Regardless, racially aggregated abuse is pointing out a feature of a person that is in no way related to the insult. Hence why civilised people are offended.

See, I'm much more offended when I'm called "retarded" then when I'm called "white". Would you seriously be offended if someone called you white?

And it is that post that justifies my retard comment.

No one said calling someone white or black was racist but you combine it with an insult and the suggestion is the recipient of the insult is the insult due to his race.

How had is that to understand?

As for Woofs neo-nazi statement, thre is some truth in that. Eastern Europe is a hot bed of racism due to the remnants of Nazi occupation, it's probably the reason you don understand whether a comment is perceived to be racist or not.

It still makes no sense to me sorry :D. A racial insult is as good as any insult to me. Maybe you're right about that Eastern Europe stuff, or maybe it's you westie guys. You're so ashamed of the whole racial discrimination stuff you've done in the past, so you're just going too far in modern day in order to make up for it. I'm not racist though, I thought I should make that clear.

That might have helped to temper this problematic perception of intransigence held by the media and others besides. Other than that, I don't blame them for supporting their player.

spot on...
