I'm not going to argue that statement.

AB asked us to add a line from YNWA, sadly and truly IMO a prominent ex player told me recently that the majority of our home crowd don't even know there is a second verse to the song let alone most of the lyrics to the first, he said something about the kids in the boys pen starting the song off before the whole ground rang in chorus in the days when the fans and their families (real fans) could afford to watch their beloved team (nowadays it's all geared up to businessmen who haven't got a clue and don't give a 5h1t)
I'm sure everyone on this forum can recite the lyrics backwards in their sleep but asking the general crowd that we attract nowadays is another matter, your post is spot on AB but hope you get my drift on trying to get the crowd behind the team, coz the crowd has changed far more than the team ever will!!!

True but thats the way football is today

Though your dreams be tossed and blown..
