I don’t think there are many (if any) current Premier League clubs whose stadium was built/expanded through a donation from the owners. Most stadiums are built/expanded using loans from banks which incur huge amounts of interest, something we have avoided because FSG dipped into their own pockets and leant the club over £100mil.
