well lets Fu*king see that ability then, ffs they get 50-60 grand a week for fu'ck all

anyone who pulls that red shirt on should be running until they drop for the money they are on, stevie gerrard does it every week, very few of the other fuc'kers do that consistantly.
As for confidence players, why the fu'ck do we have those?? it beggers belief

so far the best buys have been Hyypia, Alonso, Morientes, thats fuc'king it. Our home grown boys such as carragher and gerrard speak for themselves. Oh and traore, what a Fu*king joke that idiot is, remember Burnley, plus numerous other fu'ck ups

I feel Benitez will get us there, but come on, we need to off load the wan'kers

i love LFC to bits, but some players are overpaid fuc'king tos'sers. There you go lads and lassess, had my rant

have a nice day  :D

and what stmike said

I assume you mean 2003/04, AA?  :kungfu:

Correct about the year, JBG; with 11 goals. Sorry.  :)

Excellent thread...."Kewell, Cheyrou, Luis Garcia and Vladimir Smicer.

What do they all have in common?

They're confidence players that get endless stick off the crowd.

Something for the match goers to think about.".....
Pity some of the other contributers lost it.

y cymro, why did you ask a question then answer it yourself??

every player plays on confidence, so i'm a little bemused as to your statement

not true, i know a couple of the lads in the national team with me who can play exactly the same when they're on a high as when they're as low as possible.  I'm a confidence player myself, if im not feeling on top of the world i cant be on top of my game no matter how much effort i put in.  Thankfully i can normally tell whether im feeling good or not during the warm up so i dont have to wait for the game before finding out.

Usually its defencive players or 'hard men' who are least affected by confidence.

robbie fowler never produced what he was capable of on a long term basis. from 1994-98 the guy was just unstoppable. unfortunately, his attitude let him down and he ended up playing second fiddle. since moving to leeds in 2001 his career has been nothing short of stop-start.

i suppose he was just unfortunate that when he was at his peak, he was never able to break into the england side due to the shearer-sheringham combination.

I haven't seen anything that makes me think Smicer has ability to waste. he is rubbish.

Heskey was a bad joke.
