I think this is going to be a tough summer as we didn't get Cl footie. The owners will spend little and the best players will not come here
so we better unearth some gems as the Cl teams are just getting better. And they had a headstart already

Christian Chivu and Sulley Muntari will be available for free as their contracts are up. Get them! And with Aquilani and Joe Cole returning, we'll have a more creative midfield as compared to one which features Henderson, Downing, Spearing and Adam.

I would like to see Essien, Adam Johnson and we should enquire about the possibility of Kaka? Even if it's on loan for a season as he rarely plays for Real Madrid.

Kalou may be worth consideration on a free.

Decent player him and versatile and can knock a
goal in.

Worth a shot if the lad isnt pushing for massive wages
and we have that Chelsea connection now.

I think he would be a very good addition to our squad.

i doubt it will be anywhere near that figure, he said himself today in an interview that he hasnt got a wheelbarrow full of cash to spend.
i think between £20m and £30m is a more realistic prospect myself.
