actually id like to add to my above post, although we only had one clean sheet last year we have always been quite good defensively, which again makes our weakness attacking wise more pronounced.

Your words above...

HE'S PLAYING OUT OF POSITION - HOW CAN HE SHOW HIS REAL CLASS WHEN HE ISN'T PLAYING WHERE HE'S FUNKING MEAN'T TO?

Read between the lines lad, FFS.....

Morientes? Look his record up, it speaks for itself - it doesn't need any sort of back-up from me. He's played 5 games and scored 2 this season - holy sh!t, he must be a terrible player.

Progress is much more than establishing your weak links and strengthening them - its how your team handles situations, reacts to adversity, show character when things are bad. Did Milan 'progress' to winning the CL final? They had 'stronger' players than us... we had 'weaker' players... Did they 'progress' on your eyes?

After th Boro game everyone said we would play worse and win this season and we found that out today, wasnt vintage but it was 3 points and if half are chances went in we would have won 3 or 4 nil, Sunderland ARE woeful and will go down without a doubt, ok they battled but Reina for the 2nd week on the bounce has not made a save.

Cisse was this weeks Gerrard and should have at least had a hatrick, Sissoko was Man of the Match he ran the midfield superbly and let Gerrard and Alonso do there thing, Morientes is always on the back foot and never appears to be alert or expecting the ball, hes reaction speed is awful, theres something not right with Mori and as soon as Crouch is fit, expect to see him pushed straight into the 1st team.

So not a great performance, but in games like this 3 points is all that matter, but are next two home games are against The scum and Chelski, performance must improve (which im sure it will) against these 2.

Correction the next two games are a away game and a home game. We play Tottenham on the road and Manchester Utd at home. I expect us to pick up four points out of those two games.

a tough couple of matches coming up; we can really establish ourselves if we can get at least 4 points.  If we can get 6, that would be absolutely superb.

feeney your a :censored: idiot, now cisse hasnt played out of position every game of which my statement and opinion was based, now read my post correctly, of the games hes played for us out of position or postioned correctly he hasnt shown any more class of someone like kanoute for example so stfu.
as for morientes yes he has a good record but that isnt in the premiership, and in my opinion he will never live up to his record in the prem from what ive seen from him playing last season and this season, so before you open your mouth again give me fair points to consider and be realistic and not optimistic and hopeful points. (your points are hopeful in your sense as your hopeful moro and cisse will live up to their records for LFC but it has yet to be proven)
and actually to be title contenders your points about progress come after my views in reality, yet you are entitled to your own opinions and i am entitled to mine, we'll never know who;d make the better manager.
