We are trying to sell a striker since wa have many options up front already. We obviously need more money if we are going to get that centre half and the right winger. This will make our team better. A new striker won't make our team better.

To be honest Banana your fighting a losing battle, as mentioned before the MAJORITY of liverpool fans WANT Michael Owen.

Our strike force is large but also injury prone and not strong. I would say only Cisse has the potential to be better than Owen

My girlfriends dads a bookie an hes stopped taking bets on Owen joining Liverpool cos loads of people have been tipped of that its a done deal. He reckons hes got loads of dough staked on it. Haha, it would be funny if some fella is just going round pubs giving blag tip offs.
