As far as Kuyt goes, I think we're all right to be a bit wary of the price, especially after Cissé. But Given Rafa's long crusade after this guy, it seems like we should have about as much faith as we can. Rafa hasn't struck gold with every transfer purchase, but really of all of his "major" signings - Sissoko, Reina, Morientes, Alonso, Bellamy, Crouch, Pennant, Fowler - only Morientes can be called a mistake. Josemi, Pellegrino, Kromkamp, etc seemed like nothing but afterthoughts to me.

And Kuyt certainly does look deadly in front of goal, doesn't he?

Ik weet het wel dat jullie zijn heel verdrijtig over Kuijt vertreken, ik kan het wel voorstellen vriend.

Ik weet ook dat hij heel veel van Feyenoord houdt en dat is zijn klub voor leven.
Hij zal het heel goed hebben hier ook en waneer hij vertrekt over en jaar of vier, vijf zal hier weer in De Kuip spellen zeger weten, net als Robbie Fowler ons groot held is er weer op Anfield Road.

Wij zullen Dirk heel gouw en held maken, hij zal gelijk liedjes krikjen wij zijn al bezig met dat.
Ik vind hem en geweldig speller en ik wacht en paar jaar voor hem hier te komen.
