he should be stripped of the captaincy until he can prove himselof worthy of it. There is one obvious choice of who to replace him as captain...

I doubt they will strip him of his captaincy, but i think yes he should be stripped of it as Carra would have made a better captain anyway, and how can u have a man LEAD your team when for over a year he has been thinking about playing for another team.
A captain is supposed to LEAD by example and if that is the example to follow then our club would be in shambles.
Strip him!!!

Gerrard also defended his agent Struan Marshall, who has been accused by fans of trying to engineer a move away from Liverpool.

He said: "There seems to be a lot of blame heading in his direction over recent events.

"I can say from the bottom of my heart that he has carried out my wishes and I want to thank him for his support during this difficult period."

this is fantastic news but i,m still suspicious of sfx,s hand in this potential debacle,they are the villains of the piece and if gerrard had some intelligence he would tell those scumbags at sfx to :censored:

messing with his head .i don,t think struan marshall had anything to do with persuading him to stay ,i think the hero was rp telling him about the future and the plans of rafa in the coming seasons.well done rick parry you,ve done it again
