Sounds like the kind of performance that should get Parry on the phone to the yanks about splashing the cash on Villa.

With the title now definitely out of reach, I'm starting to wonder if Robbie's going to find himself starting. Hard work (Kuyt) and getting into good positions (Bellamy) really doesn't mean sh*t if no-one's putting the ball away.

OK. Keep Rafa, but he should get shut of Riise cos he's a yard dog and get in a pair of decent wingers cos until he does we'll always be too 1 dimensional and thus too many points behind the title contenders.

Another one of those games that we should have won comfortably. The combination of missed chances and bad mistakes has cost us yet again against a poor Newcastle side. We got exactly what we deserved for not killing off the geordies.
On the positive side we will have more money to spend in the summer and hopefully Rafa gets David Villa and Alves. We need more quality across the board to give us any chance of winning the Prem next season. We slip up against the sides we should beat because we lack the quality that Chelsea and Man U possess.
