press conference was announced for Monday on LFC.tv for a bit and they took it down, may be the case they no longer have the deal with whoever it is in the works anymore, or they are pushing it back. Either way, SOMEONE is coming early this week.

Non the less, Benitez has already made it clear that he's after two more players that should sign by the end of the weak. Hobbs probably won't be in the senior squad, so he isn't one of the two players Benitez is looking for as Hobbs has already been signed.

It does in the Gregorian calendar. Actually it was Augustus Ceasar that insisted it had 31. Julius Ceasar wanted his month (July) to also have 31, so they nicked a day from February, which is why Feb is so short.
And that is the most useless piece of information I know!

I dont think we would of had a press conference to announce a 16 (nearly 17) year old signing.
It was more likely either the RM or CB (immediate first team CB) that rafa has advised us of.

Either way, it didn't happen.  Rafa's expecting some news by the end of the week.

Hobbs can't sign until his Birthday AB, which is mid August, so I don't think it will be him. Was it taken off because the Baros deal has broken down today? And we need the funds, ie Owen??
