I thought we already had one on here , i forgot now who was it that opened a thread on the great one ,who was it that spent most of there time talking about the messaih , big come down in it from kissing maureens ar,se to sticking your tongue in Hodgsons mouth, Just shows you though how managerial standards have to be lowerd to wind people up.

Listen, I'm not over the moon with Hodgeson's appointment, I know there is better out there. But when the so-called best supporters in the world, and I know you consider yourself one start the personal abuse on a man it just shows your lack of class.

I didn't like the Spanish waiter jibes and I don't like the current Roy ones, they're immature to be honest. And grown-ups on a forum laughing and sniggering at their childish comments is honestly pathetic.

I think it's more to do with the nature of which our former manager was sacked rather than any disrespect towards Hodgson and his ugly brand of football. The way some who condemned Rafa yet had nothing to say regarding the way he was treated at the end is a bit disconcerting and says it all, really. The Liverpool Way my ar$e.

Mate I agree with you entirely (I'm on your side) but carrying their hate for the way Rafa was treated over to the new manager isn't the Liverpool way either.

As it appears on here and in real life the Liverpool way is dead and fecking buried.  :(

For a start, Roy isn't our new manager yet. I think if you mentioned Roy being our successor a year ago while Rafa was here, then even the most staunch anti-Rafa supporter would have probably laughed off the notion of him being in charge. He simply is not the class of manager that Liverpool require, and to sack a man who could literally walk into (and did) any of the top jobs in Europe to be replaced by Roy Hodgson (hypothetically of course) is nothing short of a disgrace and an indication that this club is set to go backwards and probably won't be righted again for years.

Thing is though, do you consider the likes of Lucas, Insua, N'gog the class of player Liverpool "require". These are the types of players we're left with in our starting eleven, plus without the prospects of CL football next season, SG, JM and FT will all probably be off next season too, who in their right mind would want to manage such a mess?

Perhaps only a manager who is willing to stick his neck on the line.
Football is a relatively simple game and Roy knows it ;)

You are correct err...  :shifty  (s@int) in that it is not the Liverpool way to attack our manager and make fun of him, but he is not our manager. He seems like a nice bloke but he is not our manager.

He could do a job in steadying the ship, but then that would mean we are truely in freefall, and steadying the ship is not an improvement on Rafa, so why get rid of Rafa.

time out!!

are 'in and out' and 'molby's bellybutton fluff' really saint and mick?? why has dawson come back from holiday without his sense of humour? why oh why is everybody fighting about something that might not even happen?

what's going to happen when the pro-roys and the anti-roys get all entrenched and hating each other and he doesn't even become our manager?

what happened to two of my frogs and why is my sundew dying?

i guess a lot of us are fresh back from the pub after a few beers that were unable to mask the bitter taste of defeat. who cares anyway? it was only england and we all knew deep down that england are shít. and woy's funny pronunciation thing is surely reason enough for a bit of gentle ribbing without someone jumping on your back for it.

im not sure of that ER, cause im certain non of the "anti rafa's" were supportive of the owners. im certainly not a fan of rafa's style of play but he is a genuine man, he was working under a bunch of clueless nobodies. i cant speak of all of us, but i know i wanted rafa out purely for footballing reasons. we may be divided over our previous manager but we're united against the owners for sure.

Correct but at the same time if someone thinks Roy is not good enough then they have a right to think so. And for me he is nowhere near good enough to be managing a club of Liverpool's calibre.

But it's ok because Gerrard and Torres are going to stay right? I mean you did say once Rafa was out they would be happier no?

Still can't believe the 2 of you created new accounts.

Everyone hates the owners, I don't think anyone hates them any more than anybody else.

Yeah I think I hate them more than you Mick. You were not so vocal about getting them out when Rafa was the main agenda with you and your tagteam partner in crime. :D
