So i woke myself and the family up extra early this morning..........

booked a day off work especially to be at JJB at opening (9) already pre ordered it but was told to wait until today for shirt printing. So im second in a fairly good queue seeing as we are on the opposite coast. I nearly run up the escalator to the checkout with my deposit reciept in hand. i wait a moment then  im called forward, then the problems:

1) I pay my 35 quid and ask for Bellamy 17 on the back and the responce is "Sorry but these are the only names we can print as we have run out of letters" and she hands me the squad sheet with practically every name crossed out except Gerrard, Reina, Agger, Diao (haha), and Antwi. Fcukin brilliant. Reluctantly i settle for Gerrard as i cant be arsed coming back in weeks to come.

2) The wife is scouting the shelves for some baby and kids kits and comes back to say she cant find any. The girl behind the till says that they have been all called back for "quality" issues. Not such an issue i suppose and its out of their hands.

3) While my shirt is being printed i go to the shelves to get myself shorts and socks, when i get there i find there is no size 3 socks (5-8) and there is no 34" waist shorts. every other size but them! i ask the stupid assistant and he tells me all they have is out on the hangers. Pathetic, i know i live on the other side of the country but no sh!t there was no more than 30 kits out on the shelves. Even the ManUre stand next to it had more on it. I reckon all the staff have had their dibs in first for their families, probably explain why the popular sizes were missing. So i buy size 4 socks (8 1/2-10) and size 32" waist shorts. Pay and collect my shirt and replace last seasons home shirt im wearing with my new one on the way out.

Dont get me wrong im ecstatic about the shirt and i think its ace (except the stick on Carlsberg). But i cant believe they had no lettering on a day like today and not enough sizes of each. but hey theres my moan. (oh yea, the shorts don't fit either. Haha thats what i get for thinkin smaller would be better round the beer baby :rasp)

What's everyone else think of the shirt??

Has LFC.tv kept the promise of guarenteed launch date delivery???
