he is still just 29... can serve us well for another 4-5 years if he keeps a steady head...has got great skill,vision,techinque and loads of experience..

With his craft and vision he really could form a deadly partnership with cisse, i think rafa needs to give him and djib a run of games together.

Quality, yes there is absolutely no doubt.

However, the EPL is an entirely different playing field. The game is fast and furious and much more physical. Morrientes is a tad too slow. Lesser players (quality wise) but quicker and physically stronger are more suited to the EPL.

I hope he goes on to improve because he is a Liverpool player now.

We need more from Morrientes and on a consistent basis.

be patient. it took 5~8 games at monaco before moro finally leashed his phenom. expect more goals in the nx couple of games.

He doesn't need to be quick to meet a quality cross, with a well timed header!!
