i believe CB is his favoured position, he was played at left back as cover

we bought him as a centre back, dont you remember houllier`s he`s the new desailly line when we got him?
he`s played well at centre back this year in the carling cup and even before his own goal against burnley he was our best player on the night.

totally agree, djimi`s quite far away from being a top class defender but he does possess all the natural attributes to become one. he`s very quick, quite tall and has a excellent tackling technique. his ball control isnt brilliant but that can be worked on, things like genuine pace and height can`t.

all this talk about a sqaud player that you need,his proper position is center back and can you remember cara at left and right he done a good job but he has found his best position in the middle thats is what traore will do we need too keep him yes buy someone else but with all are luck on injuries we need a big sqaud because lets face it pellergrino should not get another year and if he does it will only on a player /coach

While Troare has improved immensely I still don't rate him for the simple fact that I think he is a brainless footballer and he's not what we need to get where we want to go.

Agreed also, not only is he brainless. He's technically not good. First division standard player in my eyes.
