Despite what all the Carroll defenders believe the lad will come out good, I don't think he will. He's just a good Newcastle striker but doesn't look like he'll repeat his Newcastle form here ever. Part of the reason for our slump, was the expensive signing of Carroll and if Kenny is going to persist with this poor lad and/or to justify the signing, we'll finish 7th again this season. And someone else could be in charge next season.

Carroll hasn't even played a full season for us yet. He's 23 with the weight of a MASSIVE price tag on his shoulders. If that wasn't enough pressure, he has half of the teams supporters on his case too.
Give the lad a break.
