Mckenzie on question time

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby The Manhattan Project » Fri Jan 12, 2007 12:42 am

Question Time likes to pretend it's a hard-hitting politically biting cauldron.

In fact, it's nothing of the sort. David Dimbleby is soft and meek and spends more time stammering over his words and describing what the audience members are wearing than asking the tough questions.

For that show to have any credibility, they need someone serious like Jeremy Paxman to chair that panel.

This has just made me so angry.  I have sent 12 emails to the site and also lodged an official complaint for him being on the programme.  They have used our licence fees to pay him to go on there.  aaarrrggghhhhh

not being funny or nothing but they knew this would outrage us so why show it on merseyside. They can alter the signals and stuff so people have different programs, like regional tele. They could of done that but just for the merseyside area. I know it doesn't help our fans outside the city but it would of made sense.

I know where your coming from Adam and those who didn't want to watch this poor excuse for a human being didn't have to. We still need closure to this matter and that piece of filth is a part of that if he comes out and say's IM SORRY I PRINTED LIES. I know that this would never stop the grieving for most of us but it would go a long way. The sad thing is he can't say those two important word's. Even if he did it wouldn't stop me trying to smash his face in if i ever had the misfortune to meet him.

What we all have to do is make sure that this is just the start of the final efforts for justice.

The protest on Saturday surely has to be what prompted the BBC putting the :censored: on the box last night. And although they could have made him squirm more at least they made him prove on national television that he is the scum we know he is.

We should make use of the fact he's upset people from different walks of like with his comments just on that show, his attitude towards the royals, his attitudes towards the former print worker, his smugness throughout. We can get support from people who don't normally give a :censored: about football or its fans by getting them interested through the things that do interest them. Posting on forums not related to LFC, sending emails and letters to others who've had first-hand experience of tabloid lies is a way of educating more people about what happened.

Anne Williams got official news on Saturday that her son Kevin's case was going to be heard in the European Court of Human Rights. The case is "Williams V United Kingdom".

She said on RAOTL: "lets hope we get JUSTICE now I am not dealing with this corrupt system, lets hope Kevin gets his Right TO LIfe Section 2 of the Human Rights Act."

I really think something is going to happen at long last. It might be hard at times, but I really think we are going to finally get somewhere. We just have to keep going and stick together through it all. We'll make the b@stards pay.

Anne Williams' website is http://www.hopeforhillsborough.co.uk.

I can't believe the nerve of that man. Asking for appolygies off everyone around the globe but when it comes to himself. No.

What was it he said? "the people of Liverpool are looking for someone to blame for Hilsborough" Uh, no, you told alot of nasty lies to try and sell more copies of your rag. You looked for the most sensational story line you could think of and you published them under the title 'The Truth'. Then you say sorry, then you take it all back at an after dinner speech because you think the people there may feel they have got value for money in paying your fee by knowing something about you not everybody knows. You are an evil bas**rd and i don't know how you can sleep at night.
